Terms of Service
The rules and responsibilities for using FamilyBhai family tree, sharing, export, event, and subscription features.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using FamilyBhai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the service
FamilyBhai is provided for creating, preserving, managing, sharing, and exporting family tree information. You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you add, obtaining permissions for information about living people, keeping login credentials secure, and controlling who can view or edit your trees.
4. User content
You retain ownership of family tree content you upload or enter. You grant FamilyBhai permission to host, process, display, export, and share that content as needed to provide the features you choose.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content. You may not attempt to access another user account, bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the service.
6. Plans, payments, and limits
Some features require a paid plan. Plan limits, prices, and available features may change. Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and access are handled according to the plan and payment terms shown at purchase.
7. Exports and shared links
You are responsible for how exported files and shared links are distributed. Read-only links can still reveal family information to anyone who receives them.
8. Service changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
FamilyBhai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages.
